scripting
In preparation for our final presentation day, we scripted our final drafts. For example, if we felt that a part in the story needed to be emphasized when speaking, we'd make little symbols helping us remember how to better deliver our story. We had authors familiar with scripting come into the classroom to give us workshops so that we can app script our drafts all on our own. I think this part of the process was helpful because with this we can have a clear guide and not be lost when we present. When I went up on stage to present I was very glad that I had a script ready to read off of because without it, my show would have been a lot less powerful.
We also made a slide show to accompany our speaking. Our own slideshow was composed of images or pictures we've taken that are relevant to what we are talking about. I think this was also a nice addition to the deliverance of our stories because it gave the audience something to look at while I was talking but still have them paying attention.

This is my final scripted document and the one I used the night I presented
